During the second quarter of 2018 mBank, will relocate to the office building Butterfly in Karlín – Prague 8. The bank will occupy the entire fourth floor and half of the third for a total of 3,600 sqm. Employees will also have access to the roof terrace. “We have continued with our cooperation from 2012, when we helped mBank with moving to the Futurama Business Park project,” said JLL’s Tenant Representative, Dagmar Karbanová. “Now, we’ve helped the company, together with its employees who have been included in the decision-making as well, to find a suitable project.”
Butterfly is a energy-saving office building that offers a total of 23,105 sqm of space and is located close to Prague´s center. mBank’s offices in Futurama are just 1,700 sqm, less than half of the space it’s about to move into. JLL Project Management is overseeing the interior work, including tenders and site supervision.
