MBB Logistics has leased 15,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Exeter Park Słubice. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised during the lease process. The logistics complex, located 3.5 km from the Polish-German border, is owned by Exeter Property Group. “Our logistics center represents a great solution for companies where the quick and convenient distribution of goods across both the domestic and the international market is at stake. We are pleased to have MBB Logistics as one of our tenants,” said Waldemar Grabka, investment officer at Exeter Property Group. “We assure that we are looking at a long-term productive collaboration here at Exeter Park Słubice, where the location and technical standard of our facility will support further dynamic growth of MBB Logistics.”
