MBS Logistics has renegotiated its lease on 2,800 sqm of warehouse space and 70 sqm of office space at Logistic & Business Park in Bydgoszcz. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the transaction process. Logistic & Business Park offers more than 30,000 sqm of warehouse space, office modules, a truck court as well as 40 parking spaces for trucks and 300 for cars. The owner of the investment is LCP Properties, the Polish branch of London & Cambridge Properties Ltd (LCP).
