West Palm Beach-based McCraney Property Company purchased two parcels of land, totaling 66 acres, adjacent to its existing 39-acre Bent Oak Industrial Park for $10.4 million. The property is located at the southwest corner of Taft Vineland Road and Florida’s turnpike in Orlando. Plans for the second phase of its Bent Oak complex include five warehouse/distribution or flex buildings, ranging from 83,300 square feet to 546,000 square feet. Construction on the first building is set to break ground before the end of the year. Edwards Construction Services Inc. was named general contractor. C4 Architecture LLC is designing the scheme.
