McCree General Contractors has been selected to build out a new warehouse at the John Young Business Park for the shipping supply specialists, Uline. The new tenant will occupy the southwest Orlando park’s last building, a 19,200 sq ft facility. McCraney Property Co has given McCree until this year’s holiday season to complete construction work. C4 Architecture is partnering with McCree for the project.
“The growing demand for industrial projects here in Central Florida is encouraging,” said Jon Kilgore, senior project manager for McCree General Contractors. “This will be the fifth project that McCraney has trusted McCree to build out for another incoming tenant.”
