Premier Capital completed its takeover of McDonald’s Romanian operations over the weekend, according to ZiarulFinanciar.
Premier Capital owns the McDonald’s franchise in five other countries: Malta, Greece, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The Romanian McDonald’s network is the largest one operated by the Maltese company.
McDonald’s Romania entered the local market in 1995 and currently operates 67 stores nationwide.
