McKinley Inc. based in Ann Arbor, Mich. has closed on the purchase of the Middlebrook Farms Apartments in the Millenia area of Orlando in a $43.6 million sale. Located at 4000 Middlebrook Road, the new owners will rebrand the 320 unit property as the Palio Apartments. The gated property features a 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool and an outdoor grill kitchen with a two bedroom, two bathroom unit renting for about $1,500. The seller, Chicago-based Stoneleigh Companies, bought the asset in 2013 for $31.68 million.
