The second stage of the Face2Face Business Campus complex has a new tenant. The Katowice branch of MDDP Outsourcing opened an office in a building developed by Echo Investment, which already at the design stage received the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
The two office buildings that make up the Face2Face Business Campus complex have become a part of the business landscape of Katowice. In total, it is nearly 47,000 sqm a well-designed and comfortable work space with a green patio that invites you to use it. The community around the Face2Face Business Campus office complex has grown to include a team of MDDP Outsourcing employees.
“From the very beginning, the Face2Face Business Campus complex attracted tenants’ attention and aroused great interest. Companies appreciated both its location and functionality. This modern office space has been supplemented with a well-decorated, open patio, where you can use hammocks, sit on a bench, play basketball, and all this is decorated with greenery, flowers and water. A patio designed in such a way, adjacent to the office space, is a bull’s eye. It is especially visible now, in the summer months, when employees are happy to meet outside. I am convinced that the employees of MDDP Outsourcing will also appreciate the new location,” says Wojciech Mazur, senior leasing manager in the commercial projects department of Echo Investment, responsible for the finalization of this transaction.
The company is one of the largest Polish organizations that have been providing accounting, HR and payroll outsourcing services for 15 years. One of the pillars of its operation is continuous improvement and the search for new ways to increase the efficiency and quality of services provided.

The new office is, on the one hand, the culmination of this development, and on the other hand, an incentive to take up further challenges in the form of handling new projects, and thus also further expansion of the team. From the Katowice office, we serve not only the local market, but de facto clients from all over the south of Poland – and there are many companies that will be looking for accounting or HR and payroll support. The space of the MDDP Outsourcing office in Katowice was designed by the Concept Space architectural studio, and the last vote belonged to our employees who, in organized voting, could decide on the final effect and individual elements of the interior. The company focused on modernity, functionality, aesthetics and minimalism. The individual spaces have been divided into functional zones, and each of them has been given an individual character.
Each zone has been separated with greenery or meeting rooms. There was also a place to create a space for relaxation and creative work. Particular attention was paid to the integration part in a cafe-like atmosphere. The quality of the materials used was important for MDDP Outsourcing. As a result, a coherent, elegant, and at the same time modern and employee-friendly office space was created.
From the end of 2020, Face2Face Business Campus has been working, among others, CitySpace, Orange, Capgemini, DAZN, Deloitte and Honeywell.
