Globalworth Poland has inked a deal with MDPI, an international publisher of scientific journals, to remain the exclusive tenant of approximately 1,725 square meters of office space in the Podium Park office building for the coming years.
Founded in Basel in 1996, MDPI has grown into the world leader in Open Access publishing, with over 400 scientific titles across all fields of science. The company operates from numerous offices worldwide, and its Kraków headquarters were strategically chosen due to the city’s rich academic heritage and its status as a prime location for business development.
MDPI’s new lease encompasses 1,725 square meters in building A of the Podium Park complex, located in Kraków’s dynamic Czyżyny district. Podium Park is renowned as one of Kraków’s most modern office buildings, offering an optimal working environment that meets the highest standards of comfort and sustainability.
