MEDI-system, part of Orpea Group, has acquired Angel Care, an elderly care facility in Wrocław, from Angel Poland Group and the Ostoya Care facility in Stare Babice, near Warsaw, from Allenort Capital Fund. Gide advised MEDI-system on the acquisitions. Angel Care is a comprehensive facility for independent seniors as well as individuals requiring round-the-clock assistance, including those suffering from dementia. The center will be the ninth such facility run by MEDI-system in Poland. Gide also finalized the acquisition of the Ostoya Care for MEDI-system in December.
