Media Expert has leased 2,000 sqm of warehouse space and 150 sqm of office space at Segro Industrial Park Wrocław. The tenant was represented by Cresa. Segro Industrial Park Wrocław is located in the northeastern part of Wrocław, 12 km from the city center. At full build-out, the park will offer 40,000 sqm of warehouse and production space.“We are confident that our new client will benefit from the prime location of Segro Industrial Park Wrocław to drive its growth forward.
