Private healthcare operator Medlife has acquired Prima Medical in Craiova.
“This is the third transaction initiated by MedLife this year after taking over a majority stake of 55 percent in the group of companies SAMA & Ultrates from Oltenia and starting the process of acquiring a majority stake in Stem Cells Bank of Timisoara,” MedLife revealed in a press release.
Prima Medical, a leading imaging center in Romania’s Oltenia region, has been active on the local market for 11 years and produced RON 4m in turnover in 2014.
