Nusco Imobiliara will be one of the exhibitors this year at CEDER Real Estate Conference & Exhibition, to take place on 27th of May, at NORD Events Center, in Bucharest.
Nusco Imobiliara is one of the most valuable real estate developer in Romania and its portfolio includes projects such as Premio – a premium boutique residential complex; CITTA Park residential complex; Nusco Towers office building; Caramfil office building; Floreasca One office building; Floreasca Two office building; Pipera Commercial Park; Nusco City Phase 1; Nusco City Phase 2 – launched and under development; Nusco City Phase 3 – concept stage; and the ongoing development of the newest villa complex in the northern part of the capital – Nusco Homes. Nusco Imobiliara has surpassed the milestone of developing over 1,300 apartments, and this year, they have 828 apartments and 118 villas in development.
At the moment, Nusco Imobiliara is developing one of the biggest urban regeneration with mixed-use project Nusco City, and its first villas project Nusco Green Homes.
Nusco City was launched in the winter of 2020 and delivered its first phase in Q2 2023. The second phase is currently in full development, with construction started in Q3 2023, and delivering the first units in Q4 2025.
The second phase of the compound will include 828 units, featuring double studio apartments, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive duplexes – a phase in which an investment of over 130 million euros is estimated. The first phase of Nusco City delivered 622 new homes to the community.
Nusco Green Homes is aimed at families that want a different lifestyle in a fully integrated project and protected from the urban agglomeration, but with quick access to local transportation, the airport, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, shopping centers, and also with easy access to the mountain area and the Black Sea.
Nusco Green Homes offers the following types of villas: Tuscany, Lombardy, Campania, Sicily, Calabrian, and Sardinia, with various surfaces, each with its own carefully landscaped gardens, with a total of 118 villas.

The developer used top finishes such as photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, partially ventilated facades, last technology air conditioning systems, Pinum Doors & Windows carpentry or finished deck-type terraces. In addition to all of these, the facilities of the compound are also very detailed drawn, which will offer to its community a park of over 2.000 sqm, alleys and green spaces, playgrounds, sports areas, dedicated spaces for pets, spaces for relaxation and socializing. Nusco Green Homes is a sustainable project dedicated to a select lifestyle.
The investment in this project is estimated at over 30 milion euros, where the construction started in Q2 2023 and the entire project will be ready to deliver at the end of 2025.

For the first time, Romania will be honorary country to host the 9th edition of the prestigious Best of the Best Hall of Fame Awards (HOF Awards) which is the climax of the CIJ Awards series, putting the winning projects and companies from around Central & Eastern Europe against each other to determine who the Best of the Best really are.
