The Dutch-Belgian retailer obtained last year, in the midst of a pandemic, a turnover of RON 7.2 billion, up almost 9 percent compared to 2019. The advance was supported both by the expansion of offline, with almost 90 new stores, as well as and the momentum of online.
“From the beginning, we knew we had to adapt quickly and find concrete solutions for online shopping, with home deliveries in a very short time and safely. Demand for online shopping has increased significantly during this period and we have allocated additional investments to accelerate our development on the e-commerce side”, say the company’s officials.
