Mel Textile is planning to open a factory in Kovin, northern Serbia. The Turkish manufacturer intends to employ 300 people at the site. It will hire 100 people during the first year of operation, according to Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic. The company intends to move its production unit from Istanbul to Kovin, Brnabic added.
