Melanie Domres has joined Bentall Kennedy as the firm’s senior vice president of asset management at its Washington, D.C., office. In her new role, Domres will oversee a portfolio totaling more than 10,000 multifamily units. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy, she was a founding principal of Cafritz Interests LLC’s Multifamily Development division, where she handled transaction sourcing, financing and entitlements, as well as led day-to-day development. Domres also served as vice president at ARK Realty Capital, senior asset manager at Archon Group and a director at Kettler.
