The Spanish hotel chain, Meliá Hotels International, has announced its entry into the Iranian market with a five-star branded hotel. The hotel will be a part of the “Ghoo, Middle East Diamond” development being built by the Iranian businessman and investor Ahad Azimzadeh in Salman Shahr, one a popular holiday destination. The hotel will provide classic five-star hotel services, offering seven restaurants and bars, over 1,300 sqm of meeting and banquet facilities, two swimming pools, a spa as well as shopping facilities.
