Melo Group has completed Aria on the Bay, a 53-story luxury condominium tower in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Located along Biscayne Bay, the 648-unit waterfront property is currently 90 percent sold and under contract. Designed by Arquitectonica, the building features a 14th-floor amenity deck with two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, private spa, fitness center and yoga studio as well as 10,000 sq ft of commercial space on the lower floors.
“Two blocks north of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Aria on the Bay’s semi-circular balconies make reference to those inside the classic opera houses. They playfully stagger creating a series of cylinders in performance. The arrangement could also be interpreted as a musical score or a series of curves dancing to a tune,” said Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founding principal of Arquitectonica.
