Melo Group tops off The Square Station in Miami

29 September 2017

The Square Station mixed use project in downtown Miami has been topped off by its developer the Melo Group. The project will feature twin 34-story towers encompassing 710 units along with 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Located at 1424 NE Miami Place, the property’s amenities will include a 80 foot lap pool, Jacuzzi area and lounge deck and will offer valet service, security-controlled remote access and covered garage parking. The scheme is slated for completion in early 2018.

“We’re building for young, urban professionals who aren’t quite ready to invest in their first home but still want to be close to the action in Miami’s urban core,” stated Carols Melo, Melo Group’s co-principal. “The demand for affordable rental apartments in downtown Miami is being fueled by these millennials who are seeking urban lifestyles where they can live, work and play,”
