Memorial Healthcare acquires Monza hospital within Enayati Medical City

The Italians from Monza sold the oncology hospital within Enayati Medical City to the Turks from Memorial Healthcare, who own 11 hospitals in Turkey and who enter the local market through this transaction. The value of the transaction was not made public.

“One year after the opening of the Monza oncology hospital, after having treated more than 40,000 patients, we felt the need to accept Memorial Healthcare’s strategic partnership proposal to improve the oncology hospital’s activity, raising the level of expertise,” said Luca Militello, CEO of the Monza Group in Romania.

The Monza Italians owned 80 percent of the oncology hospital within Enayati Medical City, while Wargha Enayati, the founder of Enayati Medical City, owned 20 percent of the oncology hospital.
