Dunnagall Partners has purchased a 34,437 square foot building in the Flagler Station business park for $11.25m. The Vero Beach company paid $327 per square foot for the industrial building located at 10325 Northwest 112th Avenue in Nortwest Miami-Dade. The seller was G&I VIII Flager 1900 LLC, an affiliate of New York-based DRA Advisors. This is the second time in six months the building, which was constructed in 2009, has traded hands. In the latest purchase, Dunnagall Partners received a $7.88m mortgage from Mercantil Commercebank.
