DTZ Echinox has been named exclusive leasing agent of Mercury Logistics Park.
Located along the A1 motorway, 23 km west of Bucharest, the project features warehouse and mezzanine offices, spread over three, 10,000 sqm buildings The park sits on 19 ha of land and can be expanded by an additional 60,000 sqm.
The American developer AIG/Lincoln is the property manager of Mercury Logistics Park.
