Meridia Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Nestlé’s Spanish headquarters. Located at Esplugues de Llobregat in Barcelona, the complex offers five buildings, including two office blocks, with a total built area of 49,000 sqm and 579 parking spaces. Currently, the properties are leased to Nestle. Meridia Capital was advised on the deal by Uría Menéndez, CBRE, Deerns and GCA. The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
