Meridia Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Nestlé’s Spanish headquarters. Located at Esplugues de Llobregat in Barcelona, the complex offers five buildings, including two office blocks, with a total built area of 49,000 sqm and 579 parking spaces. Currently, the properties are leased to Nestle. Meridia Capital was advised on the deal by UrĂa MenĂ©ndez, CBRE, Deerns and GCA. The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
