Meridian Properties has acquired a recently completed apartment property in the Ditmas Park neighborhood of New York City for $19.5 million. The 45,000 sqf elevator building consists of 44 residential units as well as 14 indoor parking spaces located at 601 Ocean Parkway. All of the units were occupied at the time of the sale. Ditmas Park is in the western Flatbush district of the borough of Brooklyn and is known for the Ditmas Park Historic District, which consists of 172 contributing buildings built in the early 20th century.
