The Meridian Group and Rockefeller Group have formed a joint venture to co-develop an office property at The Boro in Tysons, VA. The project, Boro Tower, will stand 20 stories tall and offer 437,000 square feet of space. The office tower is within walking distance of the new Greensboro Metro station, The Gensler-designed Tower is part of the 1.7 million sqf first phase of The Boro. Now under construction, the first phase will feature approximately 260,000 sqf of retail, 700 residential units, and 500,000 sqf of office space. Boro Tower is already more than 20 percent preleased to two premier tenants, TEGNA and global law firm Hogan Lovells.
