The Meridian Group has closed on the purchase of a four-building, Class A office portfolio in Tysons, Virginia for a total sales price of $227 million. Boasting 763,965 sqf of office space, the assets are located at 8251-8285 Greensboro Drive in the Tysons Metro Center. Currently the 91 percent leased asset sits on a 10.03 acre site that has parking for more than 2,300 vehicles and is anchored by Booz Allen Hamilton and Alarm.com. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property on behalf of the seller, an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners, and procured the buyer.
