Merin Holding broke ground on a new residential project in Belgrade. The Merin Hill complex will feature 184 apartments on 19,255 sqm. The project will also include six ground-floor retail units and parking for 244 vehicles. Merin Asset Management will manage the project, while Situs Inzenjering is in charge of the construction. The Belgrade-based Merin Holdings provides a full scope of professional services in project development and asset management as well as proprietary investment ventures.
