UAB Merko būstas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has begun construction on Vilneles slenis, a residential project located at Pakrascio st. 20 on the edge of Vilnius old town. The project will see 6 apartment buildings built, which will vary in size between 4 and 6 storeys. In total, the residential complex will contain 221 apartments. All apartments in the A+ energy rated buildings will have balconies, with top floor residents also having roof terraces. The underground garages beneath the buildings will offer charging points for electric cars and bike storage rooms. Apartments in Vilneles slenis will vary in size from 35 to 107 sqm and be sold for between €1800 and €3000 per sqm. The project is due for completion in the first half of 2020.
