SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus Group, broke ground on the second phase of its Gailezera Nami residential project in Riga. This phase will include 96 apartments in three nine-story buildings as well as children’s play areas, covered parking and storage rooms. The apartments will range between 63 sqm and 109 sqm. Prices will average €1,800 per sqm. Completion is scheduled for early 2020. The first phase of the project, which included three apartment buildings, was completed in February.
