Merko has announced that it will build 7 new apartment blocks in Estonia’s second city, Tartu. Four of the buildings (Öö 3 and Pargi 19) will be completed by spring 2019, while the remainder is due to be built in 2020. The 2-3 storey buildings will each contain 6-7 apartments, ranging in size from 39 to 109 sqm. The price of apartments in the buildings will range from €2,570 to €3,180 per sqm. The buildings will also include underground parking and play areas for children.
