Merlin Properties has acquired Saba’s logistics business, which operates five parks, for €115m. The assets include the Lisboa Norte in Portugal, Sevisur in ZAL Puerto de Sevilla, Arasur in Álava as well as the Zona Franca and the Cim Vallès parks in Barcelona. Saba has divested €300m worth of assets as it seeks to concentrate on its car parks business, according to market sources.
