Metla Komerc is developing a mix-used complex in Leskovac, southern Serbia. The 20,000 sqm complex will offer residential, a business facility, a shopping center and a pavilion. The estimated value of the investment is around €6m. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. Metla Komerc bought the plot, which used to house the Leskovac fair, last July from Delta Real Estate. Teking Architecture, a studio based in Nis, designed the project. Cushman & Wakefield will act as a consultant.
