NB Development Group has locked up a $115.5 million first mortgage loan for 80 Guest Street in the Boston Landing master planned development. The 245,720 sqf mixed use facility features offices, labs and a 55,000 sqf ice rink complex which serves as the practice facility for the Boston Bruins NHL franchise. The buildings are fully-leased to four office tenants Bose, Roche and Proteostasis and three ground floor restaurant tenants. Designed by architecture firm Elkus Manfredi, the asset was the second building to be completed in Boston Landing in September 2016. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler worked on behalf of the borrower placing a fixed rate loan through MetLife Investment Management.
