Meric Capital Investment Fund, which is controlled by Plotkin Project, has completed Central Garden Residence in downtown Bucharest. The €2.5m residential project offers 16 apartments on four floors. Prices range from €125,000 to €131,200 per unit. Madalin Blaj, the company’s project manager, said five apartments have already been sold. Central Garden Residence is located at the intersection of Tunari and Mihai Eminescu streets. Merci Capital will begin construction on two other residential projects in Bucharest next year.
