Metro Cash & Carry Group signed a lease on more than 58,000 sqm of space at a project developed by the Belgian company WdP in the village of Stefanesti, just north of Bucharest. The deal, one of the largest transactions on the industrial and logistics market this year, will allow the German company to consolidate its distribution operations under one roof.
