Metropoint Apartments will be the first residential investment in Poland to be awarded with a BREEAM Very Good certificate. Metropoint Apartments received favorable reviews in the areas of project design and construction management, which is conducted in compliance with the principles of sustainable development and access to public transport. Auditors also positively evaluated Asbud’s solutions applied during development and aimed at reducing the volume of waste during construction and building exploitation, recultivating green areas and ensuring biodiversity of common areas.
The project features two apartment buildings (North & South), offering a total of 331 units, ranging from 33 sqm to 129 sqm. The project is scheduled for delivery in Q2 2019. The developer is Asbud, while the general contractor is Budimex S.A.The housing estate was designed by PS&P Arcus. ARCADIS Czech Republic s.r.o. was responsible for handling the certification process.
