Metropolitan Residence is planning to invest €100m to develop Crown Towers in northern Bucharest. The mixed-use project will include 230 apartments as well as office and retail space. Plans also call for a leisure center. The scheme will go up in two phases. The first phase will feature 156 apartments and an office building, which is scheduled for completion at the end of 2021. Apartments, offices, a leisure center with spa, swimming pool and fitness room is set to go up in the second phase.
