Hospodářské noviny writes that Metrostav Development has put Palmovka Open Park on sale. The company expects to collect roughly €95m for the three building center, which is located next to the Palmovka metro station. HN reports that bidding will stop soon for the 25,000 sqm campus which has tenants such as CCS, Unilever, Euler Hermes and Perfect Canteen. “We expected a lot of interest for Palmovka Open Park,” said Zdenka Klapalová, director of Knight Frank, which is representing the developer. She said the price matched the current level of supply and demand. “There’s a lack of product of this size on the market that’s this successful,” she said.
