Metrovacesam, a developer controlled by Banco Santander and BBVA, has achieved planning for a plot of land in Tarifa for the construction of 220 homes and a 530-room hotel. On July 14, the Territorial Planning and Urban Planning Commission of Cádiz agreed in a session held remotely to approve this modification to the master plan. Metrovacesa expects that once completed, the total investment for the project will reach €70m.
