City Point Capital has selected Meyer Jabara Hotels to operate a new Cambria Hotel in South Boston. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2019, the 159 room hotel is part of the “14 WEST Broadway” condominium complex. Located on Dorchester Ave., the property will span 86,000 square feet with 20,000 sqf of amenities, including an outdoor terrace, a pool, fitness center and ballroom space. The proposal calls for 64 above-ground parking spaces. The assignment will mark the second hotel to be operated in Boston by Meyer Jabara Hotels, as the company also owns and oversees the Courtyard by Marriott at Copley Square.
