MG Mind has acquired the Slovenian construction and road maintenance company KPL for €7.9m. MG Mind outbid eight other interested investors, including Austria’s Strabag, according to local news reports. KPL fell into insolvency last year but avoided bankruptcy through debt restructuring.
MG Mind is based in Mrkonjic Grad, Bosnia and Herzegovina and focuses on construction and road maintenance.
