Miami Beach based MGB Biscayne Blvd., managed by Mairim Gonzalez and Jim Perkins, has purchased an office building in Miami’s Upper Eastside neighborhood for $11.5 million. The five story, 37,926 square-foot office building located at 4700 Biscayne Blvd. was built in 1972 and traded for $303 per square foot. The seller, Sunset View Office Tower of Spring Valley, New York, bought the building in 2005 for $6.6 million.
