Mia Investments has secured the necessary permits to develop a five-star hotel in Budva along the Montenegrin coast. The Mia Budva Hotel will go up next to the Jadran Fair, just 20 meters from the sea. Plans call for two, 15-story towers. The price of the investment has not been disclosed, but local media reports are speculating costs will reach a couple of million euros. The Turkish investor has also agreed to build a kindergarten in Budva within the next two years.
