The Micșunescu family is preparing the necessary documents for the construction of its first residential complex in the Piata Sudului area in Bucharest, on a plot of 4,500 sqm.
Marioara Micșunescu wants to build here a residential complex consisting of three blocks of flats with 8 floors connected by two basements and a ground floor with commercial spaces. The project will have 104 apartments and 211 parking spaces.
“We hope to obtain the building permit and start the project in May-June. Our budget is EUR 13 million. We exclude from the calculation the value of the land, which has been our property since 2004 “, said Vlad Micșunescu, Marioara Micșunescu’s son.
