Mihai Cioltea was appointed General Manager of the Openville project, developed by Iulius Group in Timisoara. For the previous 8 years, Cioltea was the expansion director of the Inditex Group for Romania, Bulgaria, Russia and Kazakhstan.
The multifunctional project Openville will have a total built area of 594,000 sqm and will include the Iulius Mall Timisoara as part of the project, which will also offer office space, a park and other entertainment areas. The total investment is expected to exceed €220m.
