Michael Odvárko was promoted to managing director of Hostín Development, a member of the Arcona Capital group. Hostín is the investor of the Bydlení Úvaly residential project in Prague. Odvárko joined Arcona Capital in 2016 as a project and asset manager. Before joining Arcona Capital, he worked at Knight Frank, Casua and INBLOK Architekti. He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, where he studied ground building and construction, with a specialization in reconstruction and modernization.
