Recruitment consultancy Michael Page has expand its space at the Lumen office building in Warsaw to 1,250 sqm. The tenant was advised in the lease transaction by Savills, while JLL advised the owner of the building. Under the terms of the renewal, the company’s current office will receive a makeover, while the additional space will be adapted to Michael Page’s requirements, which are in line with the latest interior design and work environment trends. Lumen is located at 59 Złota street and offers 23,500 sqm of office space.
