Michał Barzyk and Łukasz Cieśla joined EPP’s legal department as associate legal advisors. Barzyk previously worked for Auchan Polska and Neinver Polska, where he was the legal department director. Cieśla is a graduate of the law and administration department at Warsaw University. Prior to joining EPP, he worked for HB Reavis and Jeronimo Martins. The two new additions will report to Rafał Kwiatkowski, who supervises the legal department as well as the company’s acquisitions division. “EPP keeps growing. Following the recent deal and takeover of the first tranche of M1 shopping malls, we have become the largest owner of multi-area retail centers in Poland, and this means new challenges,” said Kwiatkowski. “I’m very happy that we succeeded to attract such experienced lawyers.”
