Michal Oparty has joined the Slovak project and development services team at JLL as project manager. Oparty has more than six years of architecture, building consultancy and project management experience. In his new position, he will oversee project and construction management, fit-out projects for tenants and landlords, cost and quality management, tendering, bank monitoring, feasibility studies as well as technical due diligence for sellers and investors.
Prior to joining JLL, Oparty was an architect at BKPŠ atelier and AKJ Jančina in Bratislava. Between 2010 and 2012, he was project manager at Typarol.
