Michał Sołowiow exiting Echo Investment

The Warsaw Stock Exchange investor Michał Sołowiow has reportedly put his controlling stake in the developer Echo Investment on the market, the daily Puls Biznesu reports. The 45-percent holding could be worth up to PLN 1.5bn. Market watchers point out the transaction will become the biggest Warsaw Stock Exchange deal this year, surpassing the PLN 1bn purchase of the Ciach company by Poland’s top businessman Jan Kulczyk. Citibank’s London’s division is brokering the transaction. According to Puls Biznesu, Sołowiow’s stake went on the market two months ago and a a data room has been set up for potential buyers.
